Description
Handling of second cassettes with SOG® connection
The cassette can be put away completely full - even for five to six days.
The prerequisite is that the cassette is full.
Since there is only a very small volume of air in a filled cassette, the gases can only expand minimally and therefore there is only a very low pressure in the cassette, which can be neglected. This process also stops the fermentation process. Due to this fact, venting of the cassette is no longer necessary.
This can be carried in the storage space even at very high temperatures.
The cassette is factory leak-proof and odor-proof. Of course, it has to be transported in a way that prevents it from tipping over and slipping and it has to be properly closed.
